We also offer on-site IT support for any issues that require hands-on repair by an engineer.

In the event of catastrophic equipment failure, and time-sensitive troubleshooting, NetXQ can dispatch emergency IT services to your business.

SUPPORT CENTER COSTS

NetXQ offers help desk remote support at a standard hourly rate from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Support rates during evening and holiday hours vary by contract.

NetXQ provides on-site support and emergency support services on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue type and its severity.
